The St. Andrew’s Scottish Episcopal Church of Brechin offers an atmosphere of welcome and acceptance in which people can grow in the love and knowledge of God, nurtured by prayer and public worship.
At the heart of our worship lies the regular celebration of the Eucharist. Through the sharing of the bread and wine we remember the sacrifice, death and resurrection of Jesus, which gives us strength for our daily lives. We are not an inward looking church. We are constantly looking to share our faith with others.
Both the priest and the members of our Pastoral Group are available to visit people at home or in hospital. We are part of an open, discussing and engaging church in Scotland and as members of the world-wide Anglican Communion we want to serve and help all those who are lost, lonely and in need. The Church is a diverse church which is widely respected for the quality of its ministry and worship and for the thoughtful dialogue which is characteristic of its life.
